Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness among customers and team members
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operational management of the store
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development strategies to improve overall customer experience and sales results
- Recruit, interview, train, and evaluate team members; provide necessary feedback and guidance to improve individual and business performance
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that promotes trust, integrity, and fair treatment among team members
- Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners
- Mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships and meet business goals
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in the absence of senior leadership
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or higher
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally; capacity to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a retail environment
- Strong sales acumen and ability to analyze and act on performance data
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in building and managing high-performing teams
Skills
Experience
1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or in a comparable leadership role within a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail management education or certification is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
