Coach hiring Lead Supervisor I in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico. Part-time retail leadership role managing sales floor, team performance, and customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Embody Coach values and increase brand awareness as a Brand Ambassador
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full store operations
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
- Support store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for achieving goals
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and store operational compliance
- Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with internal and external partners
- Create customer-centric culture prioritizing satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated ability to bend, reach, stretch, and carry product, cartons, props, or fixtures
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level or comparable position in luxury fashion retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or equivalent training preferred.
