Coach in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico seeks a Lead Supervisor to lead the sales floor, drive KPIs and elevate client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an elevated customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and driving brand awareness and merchandising standards.
- Implement company initiatives and support full store operations, ensuring adherence to policies and operational procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend and execute actions to optimize store performance.
- Recruit, interview and onboard new team members; deliver coaching, high-level training and performance evaluations to develop talent.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture; provide feedback, hold team members accountable and support individual development plans.
- Lead clienteling strategies and mentor staff to build long-term customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide HR and conflict-resolution support in the absence of the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead supervisor or comparable level.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop retail teams to meet sales and service objectives.
- Demonstrated business acumen with experience analyzing sales data and driving KPI-focused strategies.
- Comfort performing store operations tasks and occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflict and support HR-related matters.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of experience managing a competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or equivalent, with demonstrable results in coaching teams and achieving sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or retail management training preferred.
