Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in Baraboo, Wisconsin to lead the sales floor, coach teams and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain visible leadership on the sales floor to meet sales targets and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness through exemplary service and product knowledge.
- Implement company initiatives and ensure smooth store operations, including adherence to policies and operational procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend actions to drive store performance.
- Recruit, interview, train and develop store team members; provide coaching, performance feedback and hold the team accountable for individual and business goals.
- Champion clienteling and customer-centric strategies to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership.
- Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and moving product, cartons or fixtures (regularly up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead supervisor level.
- Proven ability to coach and develop retail associates, recruit and support performance management processes.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience using sales metrics and KPIs to influence decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflict, foster collaboration, and create an inclusive team culture.
- Ability to perform physical duties of the role (regular lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs).

Experience
At least one year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail setting, with demonstrated success in driving sales, coaching teams, and using sales data to inform store-level decisions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
