Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness in the store and local market.
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and ensure full operation of store business, including adherence to company policies and store procedures.
- Establish trust and collaboration within the team; coach and develop staff through feedback, training and performance management.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
- Support recruiting, interviewing and onboarding; conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance to improve individual and team results.
- Drive clienteling strategy and mentor the team on building long‑term customer relationships and repeat business.
- Provide HR and conflict-resolution support in the absence of the leadership team and champion resources that support employee wellbeing.
- Perform physical store duties as required, including merchandising, stockroom organization and occasional lifting of product or fixtures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at the lead or supervisor level.
- Proven ability to coach, develop and hold a retail team accountable for achieving individual and store goals.
- Demonstrated business acumen with experience using sales data and KPIs to drive decisions and execution.
- Experience supporting recruitment, interviewing, and performance management processes.
- Ability to provide HR support and resolve conflicts professionally in a retail setting.
- Capacity to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to bend, reach, climb and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment, with demonstrated success in coaching teams, managing store KPIs, recruiting, and executing store initiatives.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
