Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in Atlanta, GA (Ponce City Market) to lead retail teams, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible on-floor leadership to drive sales targets, elevate the client experience and reinforce Coach brand standards.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting brand awareness and embodying Coach values in every customer and team interaction.
- Implement company initiatives and support day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedural standards.
- Recruit, interview and support high-level training; deliver coaching, performance evaluations and timely corrective feedback to develop team capability.
- Monitor and analyse sales data and KPIs to identify trends, recommend actions and execute forward-planned strategies that improve store performance.
- Build a collaborative, inclusive team culture by establishing trust, modelling interpersonal savvy and holding team members accountable for business goals.
- Drive clienteling and customer-centric strategies to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Provide HR and conflict-resolution support in the absence of senior leadership and champion resources that support a healthy internal work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead supervisor or equivalent level.
- Proven ability to coach, develop and hold a retail sales team accountable to individual and store targets.
- Demonstrated business acumen with experience interpreting sales metrics and translating insight into action.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills; experience providing performance feedback and supporting HR processes.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience
At least 1+ year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail setting; prior experience within premium or luxury retail environments preferred, with demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and developing teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.
