Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for Coach, representing brand values and supporting initiatives that increase brand awareness.
- Implement company initiatives and ensure full store operational readiness and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Coach, develop and hold team members accountable through individualized development plans, performance feedback and targeted training.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
- Support recruiting and interviewing, and provide high‑level training and onboarding as needed.
- Drive a customer‑centric culture and mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long‑term customer relationships.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution for the team and district in the absence of senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment at a lead supervisor level.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and motivate teams to deliver sales and service targets.
- Proven aptitude for reading sales data, managing KPIs and translating insights into operational actions.
- Capacity to enforce company policies and maintain operational standards consistently.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of bending, climbing, kneeling and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space in a lead supervisory role, with demonstrated results in driving sales and developing staff.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
