Coach (Tapestry) in Arlington, VA seeks a Lead Supervisor to drive sales, coach teams and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an elevated customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for Coach, promoting brand values and increasing brand awareness through client interactions and team example.
- Implement company initiatives and ensure full operational execution of store procedures, visual standards and inventory controls.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends and recommend actionable plans to improve store performance.
- Recruit, interview and support onboarding; provide high‑level training, ongoing coaching and performance evaluations for the store team.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of store leadership; hold team members accountable for individual and business goals.
- Champion clienteling strategies to build long‑term customer relationships and mentor the team in delivering customer‑centric service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at a lead or supervisor level.
- Demonstrated people leadership with experience in recruiting, coaching, performance management and delivering business results.
- Strong business acumen with experience working to KPIs, analyzing sales data and translating insight into action.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; proven ability to build rapport with customers and collaborate across teams.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience in a competitive retail environment with responsibility for driving sales and developing staff.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary coursework or retail management certification preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
