Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve store sales targets and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and promoting brand awareness within the store and local community.
- Drive execution of company initiatives, store operational standards and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates through performance feedback, individualized development plans and on‑floor training.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, recommend actions, and deploy strategies to improve store performance.
- Support high‑level recruiting, interviewing and performance evaluation activities in partnership with district leadership.
- Lead clienteling efforts and cultivate long‑term customer relationships to increase retention and lifetime value.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution for the team in the absence of store leadership; champion company resources to maintain a healthy work environment.
- Assist with merchandising, stockroom management and occasional heavy lifting for product, fixtures and visual elements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience in a competitive retail environment.
- Proven ability to coach, develop and hold teams accountable to meet individual and store business goals.
- Demonstrated capability to analyze sales data, interpret KPIs and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Comfortable executing recruiting, interviewing and performance management activities.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of supervisory or lead-level experience in a competitive retail environment with demonstrated success in driving sales, coaching teams, and managing store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 23.75 per hour.
