Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve store sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador by embodying Coach values, increasing brand awareness, and driving implementation of company initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance and KPIs; identify trends and recommend tactical changes to improve store results.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates through onboarding, ongoing training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Support store operations including recruiting, interviewing, scheduling, inventory and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Drive clienteling strategy to cultivate long-term customer relationships and champion a customer-centric culture.
  • Provide HR and conflict-resolution support in the absence of senior leadership and promote a healthy work environment for internal partners.
  • Perform physical tasks required for store upkeep and merchandising, including moving merchandise and fixtures (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisory level.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop retail sales teams and to hold staff accountable to measurable business goals.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with experience analysing sales data and translating insights into actionable plans.
  • Comfort with physical demands of retail operations (regularly lift 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to manage conflict and support a diverse workforce.

Experience
