Coach Lead Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to drive sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness among customers and staff.
- Implement company initiatives and ensure smooth store operations, including adherence to company policies and store procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend tactical actions to improve store performance.
- Recruit, interview and participate in performance evaluations; design and deliver targeted coaching and development for team members.
- Coach team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and enhance lifetime value.
- Support HR and conflict-resolution needs in the absence of senior leadership and promote a healthy, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead supervisor level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop retail sales teams to achieve KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in conflict resolution and delivering actionable feedback.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and navigate sales floor and stockroom spaces.

Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail setting, ideally within premium or luxury apparel/accessories retail, with a track record of meeting sales targets and developing front-line talent.
Education
High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary coursework or certificate in retail management, business, or a related field preferred.
