Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness among customers and team members
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operations of the business
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or equivalent
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrated competencies in courage, creativity, customer focus, and drive for results
  • Strong strategic agility and ability to develop direct reports
  • Proven ability to build effective teams and foster inclusive workplace culture

Experience
