Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness among customers and team members
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operations of the business
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience and performance
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and key performance indicators
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for achieving goals
- Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Create a customer-centric culture and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership team
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or equivalent
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated competencies in courage, creativity, customer focus, and drive for results
- Strong strategic agility and ability to develop direct reports
- Proven ability to build effective teams and foster inclusive workplace culture
Skills
Experience
1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or similar senior retail leadership role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
