Coach Lead Supervisor position in Alpine, California. Part-time supervisory role managing sales floor operations and team leadership, $16–$24.75/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain leadership presence on sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Serve as Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operations of the business
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance at all levels
- Enforce team compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with internal and external partners
- Create customer-centric culture prioritizing customer satisfaction and mentoring team on clienteling strategy
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership
- Champion company resources to support healthy work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at lead supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
- Physical capability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
