Role & Responsibilities
- Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Embodies Coach brand values and increases brand awareness across the store and with customers
- Leads implementation of company initiatives and supports full operation of the business
- Establishes trust and maintains integrity to support an environment of collaboration and inclusive culture within the team
- Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and makes recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implements individualized team development strategies to increase overall customer experience and performance
- Executes forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and key performance indicators
- Supports recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training of team members

Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail spaces at the Lead Supervisor level or equivalent
- Ability to bend, reach, and stretch
- Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Demonstrates courage, creativity, and customer focus
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to change
- Strong drive for results and bottom-line orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with all levels of staff and customers
- Learning agility and capacity for continuous improvement

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 18,000 to EUR 22,000 per annum.
