Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership on the sales floor, supervising and motivating the store team to meet sales and service targets.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates through on-the-job training, performance feedback and product education.
  • Drive exceptional clienteling and personalised service to cultivate long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the store presentation reflects brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
  • Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and routine administrative tasks.
  • Assist the Store Manager with staff scheduling, labour management and operational compliance.
  • Monitor inventory levels, participate in stock counts and enforce loss-prevention practices.
  • Act as a point of escalation for customer concerns, resolving issues in alignment with brand policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within a premium or luxury brand.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales teams to achieve KPIs.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Reliable, flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holidays as required by retail operations.
  • Comfortable with point-of-sale operations, cash handling and basic administrative processes.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in retail; experience within a luxury or premium fashion environment preferred.
