Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed store sales targets, KPIs, and conversion metrics.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling and personalised service to deepen customer loyalty and lifetime value.
- Coach, develop and performance-manage staff through regular feedback, training and daily floor leadership.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards, ensuring product presentation aligns with brand guidelines and promotional directives.
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and inventory accuracy.
- Support loss-prevention protocols and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with store management and regional leadership on workforce scheduling, payroll control and staffing needs.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding and induction of new sales staff; act as the operational point of contact in the manager's absence.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and driving team performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on client service and relationship-building.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in inventory, cash handling and visual standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.

Experience
Typically 2+ years in retail sales with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role; experience in luxury fashion or premium accessories strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
