Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, opening/closing procedures, and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver an exceptional clienteling experience through personalized service, relationship-building and follow-up.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and product presentation to maintain a compelling in-store environment aligned with seasonal directives.
  • Manage inventory cycles, stock replenishment, transfers and assist with stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, payroll documentation, and workforce planning to optimize coverage during peak periods.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve service issues while maintaining brand integrity and client satisfaction.
  • Support store leadership in executing promotional plans, events and reporting on sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury, premium or specialty retail.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach teams, drive sales performance and meet KPI targets.
  • Strong communication skills with a client-focused sales orientation.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
