Role & Responsibilities

- Support store leadership in executing promotional plans, events and reporting on sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury, premium or specialty retail.
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams, drive sales performance and meet KPI targets.
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused sales orientation.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
- High standards of personal presentation and professional conduct consistent with a luxury retail environment.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of retail experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role within luxury, premium or high-end specialty retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion or related field preferred.
