Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to achieve sales targets, margin and KPI objectives while maintaining brand standards.
- Coach, mentor and deploy the sales team to maximise conversion, average transaction value and client retention through bespoke clienteling.
- Drive visual merchandising and floor presentation to ensure the store reflects seasonal directives and the global brand aesthetic.
- Manage staffing, scheduling and labour planning to optimise coverage for peak trading periods, events and client appointments.
- Oversee inventory control, receiving processes and loss-prevention procedures to safeguard product and financial integrity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling protocols and local regulatory requirements.
- Partner with the store management team on recruitment, performance reviews and corrective action when necessary.
- Deliver exemplary client service, personally engaging high-value clients and supporting elevated in-store experiences and events.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership ability with experience supervising a retail sales team in a premium or luxury environment.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing sales talent.
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and luxury client service standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to coach and motivate diverse teams.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
