Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve store sales targets and uphold Coach brand standards.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting product knowledge and raising local brand awareness through exemplary service.
- Implement corporate initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Drive team performance by monitoring and analysing sales data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable plans.
- Recruit, interview and onboard store associates; deliver high-level training and ongoing coaching to develop individual and team capability.
- Deliver performance management, provide constructive feedback and hold team members accountable to individual and store KPIs.
- Lead clienteling efforts to cultivate long-term customer relationships and coach the team on personalised sales strategies.
- Support HR-related matters and conflict resolution across the store and district in the absence of senior leadership.
- Maintain a safe, organised sales floor and stockroom; assist with merchandising, stock replenishment and loss-prevention activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead supervisor or equivalent level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop direct reports and deliver consistent sales results.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience translating sales data into strategic actions.
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required in retail: regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.

At least one year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment, with a proven record of driving sales, developing teams and executing store-level strategies.
