Coach Lead Supervisor I — full-time retail leadership role in Atlanta, GA (Lenox Square) responsible for sales, team development and clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide visible sales-floor leadership to drive store sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for Coach, reinforcing brand standards and increasing local brand awareness.
  • Implement company initiatives and ensure smooth store operations, including adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to recommend and execute strategies that improve store performance and meet KPIs.
  • Recruit, interview, onboard and coach store team members; deliver high-level training and individual development plans.
  • Mentor and guide the team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
  • Provide HR support and conflict-resolution in the absence of senior leadership; hold team accountable for goals.
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks including stockroom flow, visual standards, and occasional lifting/moving of merchandise or fixtures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of supervisory experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead/supervisor level.
  • Proven ability to analyze sales metrics, translate insight into action, and deliver against store KPIs.
  • Demonstrated people-management skills: coaching, performance evaluation, recruiting and development.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with experience executing clienteling and retention strategies.
  • Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and navigate sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
