Coach is hiring a Lead Store Supervisor in Arvin, California to lead retail teams, drive sales and elevate the client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and ensure outstanding client experiences.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting Coach values and increasing brand awareness locally.
  • Implement company initiatives and ensure smooth store operations, including adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, recommend actions and drive store performance.
  • Recruit, interview and support onboarding; deliver high-level training and individualized development plans for team members.
  • Coach, mentor and provide performance feedback; hold the team accountable to individual and business goals.
  • Champion clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of district/store leadership.
  • Perform physical tasks required for store upkeep including moving stock, fixtures and visual props (regularly up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisor level.
  • Proven ability to lead a sales team, deliver against KPIs and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience with recruiting, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks required by the role (regularly lift 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated conflict-resolution ability.

Experience
