Coach is hiring a Lead Store Supervisor in Arvin, California to lead retail teams, drive sales and elevate the client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and ensure outstanding client experiences.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting Coach values and increasing brand awareness locally.
- Implement company initiatives and ensure smooth store operations, including adherence to policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, recommend actions and drive store performance.
- Recruit, interview and support onboarding; deliver high-level training and individualized development plans for team members.
- Coach, mentor and provide performance feedback; hold the team accountable to individual and business goals.
- Champion clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of district/store leadership.
- Perform physical tasks required for store upkeep including moving stock, fixtures and visual props (regularly up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisor level.
- Proven ability to lead a sales team, deliver against KPIs and execute strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience with recruiting, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Capability to perform physical tasks required by the role (regularly lift 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated conflict-resolution ability.

Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience in a competitive retail setting with direct responsibility for driving sales and developing store teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
