Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales floor team to achieve store KPIs, including sales, conversion and average transaction value.
- Coach, develop and deliver daily performance feedback and formal training to associates to elevate client service and product knowledge.
- Own clienteling activities and ensure exemplary client follow-up, VIP servicing and CRM data hygiene.
- Manage visual merchandising standards and execute seasonal floor moves to reflect brand directives and product launches.
- Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS reconciliation to maintain operational accuracy and loss prevention.
- Coordinate inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment and cycle counts in collaboration with store management.
- Act as first escalation point for customer issues and operational exceptions, escalating to store manager as required.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail, demonstrating people leadership and sales growth.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building capabilities with a service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a diverse retail team.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
- High level of integrity with experience in cash management and loss prevention procedures.
