Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in Myrtle Beach, SC — lead the sales floor, coach teams and drive KPIs for Coach in Myrtle Beach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to meet sales targets and ensure an elevated client experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by embodying Coach values and promoting brand awareness to customers and the local market.
- Lead execution of corporate initiatives and day‑to‑day store operations to sustain business continuity and standards.
- Analyse sales data and trends, recommend actions to improve store performance and translate KPI insight into team objectives.
- Recruit, interview and support performance evaluations; deliver high‑level coaching and on‑the‑job training to develop the team.
- Drive a customer‑centric culture through mentorship in clienteling strategies to build long‑term customer relationships.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution for store and district colleagues in the absence of senior leadership.
- Enforce company policies, loss‑prevention procedures and operational compliance across the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisory level.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable to individual and store goals.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience interpreting sales metrics and driving execution to meet KPIs.
- Physical ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and to perform typical retail floor duties (climb, bend, kneel).
- Comfortable providing direct feedback and handling employee relations matters in line with company guidelines.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail selling environment, with direct responsibility for driving sales, coaching employees and supporting store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or coursework in business, retail management or related field preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA, with easy access to Charleston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
