Coach seeks a Lead Sales Supervisor in Marlton, NJ. Part-time role overseeing retail operations and team management at $16–$24.75/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate sales floor and stockroom associates to achieve sales targets and operational metrics
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations including visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer engagement
- Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members; facilitate performance discussions and development planning
- Ensure compliance with Tapestry brand standards, store policies, and loss prevention protocols
- Manage customer escalations and resolve issues with professionalism and tact
- Coordinate with store management on scheduling, training initiatives, and strategic retail initiatives
- Maintain physical store environment through regular stockroom organization and merchandise presentation
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or lead experience in retail or hospitality environments
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail management software
- Knowledge of current retail trends and luxury brand merchandising standards
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or lead experience in a retail environment, with demonstrated success in managing sales teams and achieving performance targets. Experience with luxury or contemporary fashion retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or retail management certification preferred.
