Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, appointment-driven client service and personalised styling to build long-term client relationships and maximise lifetime value.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and closing techniques.
- Manage clienteling activities and maintain accurate CRM records to support outreach, follow-up and repeat business.
- Support visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation to ensure products are displayed in accordance with brand directives.
- Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately; handle cash, card and POS operations while ensuring loss-prevention procedures are followed.
- Mentor and develop junior colleagues, sharing product knowledge and sales techniques to raise overall team performance.
- Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment and receiving to maintain product availability and floor readiness.
- Contribute to boutique operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, administrative duties and ad-hoc events or trunk shows.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury or premium retail, with progressive sales responsibility.
- Exceptional interpersonal and clienteling skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Strong organisational capability and attention to detail in merchandising and cash handling.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional presentation and deep product knowledge of leather goods and accessories (or willingness to develop).

Experience
Typically 3+ years of hands-on luxury or premium retail sales experience with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and cultivate high-value client relationships; experience mentoring peers or leading small teams preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary study in fashion, retail, hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
