Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and upselling.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure store presentation reflects brand guidelines.
- Execute daily store operations including point‑of‑sale transactions, inventory replenishment, stock control, and cash handling with accuracy.
- Mentor and support junior sales staff; share best practices to elevate overall team performance and service consistency.
- Uphold loss prevention, compliance and brand security procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a high‑value client book and manage clienteling activities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, polished presentation and a service‑oriented demeanour suited to luxury clientele.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (if applicable to the location).
Skills
Experience
Minimum of three years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and managing high‑value client relationships; experience mentoring or informally coaching colleagues is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail, fashion, hospitality or related fields is advantageous.
