Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to drive sales performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for Coach, embodying brand values and broadening brand awareness through service and merchandising.
  • Implement company initiatives, uphold store operational standards and enforce compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Coach, develop and hold the sales team accountable through performance evaluations, feedback, individualized development plans and on‑the‑job training.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend tactical actions to improve store results.
  • Support recruiting and interviewing; provide HR guidance and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership.
  • Mentor the team on clienteling strategy to build long‑term customer relationships and improve lifetime value.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, stockroom management and occasional manual tasks requiring lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead supervisor or similar level.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop teams, drive KPI‑based results and manage retail operations.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required by retail operations: regularly lift 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
