Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to drive sales performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for Coach, embodying brand values and broadening brand awareness through service and merchandising.
- Implement company initiatives, uphold store operational standards and enforce compliance with policies and procedures.
- Coach, develop and hold the sales team accountable through performance evaluations, feedback, individualized development plans and on‑the‑job training.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend tactical actions to improve store results.
- Support recruiting and interviewing; provide HR guidance and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership.
- Mentor the team on clienteling strategy to build long‑term customer relationships and improve lifetime value.
- Assist with visual merchandising, stockroom management and occasional manual tasks requiring lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead supervisor or similar level.
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams, drive KPI‑based results and manage retail operations.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by retail operations: regularly lift 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of supervisory or lead experience in a competitive retail setting, with demonstrable success in coaching sales teams and achieving store KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational coursework or an associate degree in retail management, business or a related field preferred.
