Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations on the sales floor, ensuring world-class client service and adherence to brand standards.
- Coach and develop sales associates through on-the-job training, feedback and performance reviews to meet individual and team targets.
- Drive sales performance by executing selling strategies, clienteling initiatives and upsell opportunities to achieve KPIs.
- Oversee cash handling, opening/closing procedures and reconciliation to maintain operational integrity.
- Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain store presentation to brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, transfers and shrinkage prevention.
- Prepare staff schedules and assist management with labor planning to optimize coverage during peak trading periods.
- Enforce loss-prevention policies and escalate security or HR issues to store management as required.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership ability with strong people management and coaching skills.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding retail sales targets in a client-facing role.
- Solid knowledge of visual merchandising principles and store operational procedures.
- Accurate cash-handling and basic financial reconciliation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first orientation.
- Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead capacity; prior experience in luxury or premium retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a bachelor's degree in business, merchandising or a related field is advantageous.
