Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations on the sales floor, ensuring world-class client service and adherence to brand standards.
  • Coach and develop sales associates through on-the-job training, feedback and performance reviews to meet individual and team targets.
  • Drive sales performance by executing selling strategies, clienteling initiatives and upsell opportunities to achieve KPIs.
  • Oversee cash handling, opening/closing procedures and reconciliation to maintain operational integrity.
  • Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain store presentation to brand guidelines.
  • Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, transfers and shrinkage prevention.
  • Prepare staff schedules and assist management with labor planning to optimize coverage during peak trading periods.
  • Enforce loss-prevention policies and escalate security or HR issues to store management as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership ability with strong people management and coaching skills.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding retail sales targets in a client-facing role.
  • Solid knowledge of visual merchandising principles and store operational procedures.
  • Accurate cash-handling and basic financial reconciliation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first orientation.
  • Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead capacity; prior experience in luxury or premium retail preferred.
