Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary, efficient customer service at the cashwrap, greeting customers warmly and acting as an ambassador for the Insider Program.
• Process sales, returns, repairs, and damaged-item transactions accurately using POS systems and Mobile POS (iPad) while maintaining cash/media integrity.
• Maintain SKU accuracy and cashwrap organisation; ensure the checkout area and stockroom meet cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Promote add-on sales including gift cards and capture customer information accurately and securely.
• Complete end-of-shift audits and report equipment issues promptly.
• Assist with cashier training and mentor peers on service standards and POS procedures.
• Remain composed under pressure, multitask across priorities, adapt to customer needs, and uphold the Coach Guide to Style and Service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency operating POS systems, Mobile POS (iPad) and basic computer devices; comfortable using walkie-talkies.
• Ability to follow store policies and accurately read price/release sheets.
• Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend, kneel, and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or premium brand experience preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
