Coach seeks a Lead Cashier in Williamsburg, Iowa. Part-time retail operations role with luxury brand experience. $15–$18.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greeting customers warmly and creating lasting impressions aligned with Coach Service standards
- Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift card offerings as a brand ambassador
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, payment processing, media management, and strict compliance with all company policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to established protocols; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Maintain a clean, organized cashwrap; monitor equipment functionality and report issues promptly to management
- Train, mentor, and supervise cashiers to uphold operational excellence and consistent service delivery
- Adapt to flexible scheduling to meet business demands, including nights, weekends, holiday trading, and high-traffic retail periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail positions; luxury retail experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems and mobile technology platforms
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods
Skills
Experience
1+ years in cashier or retail roles, with luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and equivalent experience will be considered.
