Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greeting customers warmly and creating lasting impressions aligned with Coach Service standards
- Promote the Insider Program and drive add-on sales including gift cards and program enrollment
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and strict compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; conduct end-of-shift audits in coordination with management
- Maintain an organized and clean cashwrap; monitor equipment functionality and report issues promptly to management
- Assist in training and mentoring junior cashiers to uphold service excellence and operational consistency across the team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles
- Luxury retail experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems and mobile technology
- Strong ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Experience
1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
