Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greeting customers warmly and creating lasting impressions aligned with Coach Service standards
  • Promote the Insider Program and drive add-on sales including gift cards and program enrollment
  • Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and strict compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; conduct end-of-shift audits in coordination with management
  • Maintain an organized and clean cashwrap; monitor equipment functionality and report issues promptly to management
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior cashiers to uphold service excellence and operational consistency across the team

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles
  • Luxury retail experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems and mobile technology
  • Strong ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
