Coach Lead Cashier in The Woodlands, Texas. Deliver exceptional customer service, train staff, and manage checkout operations in this part-time retail leadership role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression
- Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
Qualifications
- 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days

1+ years in cashier or retail roles; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
