Coach seeks a Lead Cashier in Sevierville, Tennessee. Part-time role managing point-of-sale operations and team development. $15.00–$21.75/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout and greet customers warmly to create a lasting impression
- Act as an ambassador for the Coach Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and strict compliance with all policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized, clean, and well-stocked; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
- Manage flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- One or more years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, retail environment
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
Skills
Experience
One or more years in cashier or retail roles, with luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
