Coach (Crossiron Mills, Rocky View, AB) seeks a Lead Cashier to manage the cashwrap, deliver client service and support cashier training. Pay: CAD 19.00–21.00/hr.

Role & Responsibilities
- Operate the cashwrap with accuracy and efficiency: process sales, returns, repairs and damaged-item transactions in accordance with policy.
- Deliver warm, consultative client service at the register and in queue; act as an ambassador for the Insider Program and the Coach brand.
- Capture and maintain customer records securely and ensure SKU and pricing accuracy across transactions.
- Promote add-ons and gift cards to maximise average transaction value and loyalty enrollment.
- Conduct end-of-shift audits and report cash/media discrepancies or equipment issues promptly.
- Support onboarding and informal training of cashiers; escalate coaching needs to management.
- Maintain cashwrap organization, visual standards and store cleanliness; adhere to the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Remain composed under pressure, multitask during peak periods and prioritise customer needs while monitoring the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience with Mobile POS and walkie‑talkie use.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb and manoeuvre between sales floor and stockroom.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience, with preference given to candidates with prior luxury or fashion retail exposure and demonstrable cashwrap or POS responsibility.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
