Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient customer service at the cashwrap and create lasting brand impressions during checkout.
- Operate POS systems and mobile checkout devices accurately; manage cash, card media, and end-of-shift reconciliations in compliance with company policy.
- Promote the Insider loyalty program, gift cards and add-on sales to maximise average transaction value.
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged-goods transactions according to company standards and complete required audits with management.
- Maintain an organised, clean cashwrap; monitor and report equipment or operational issues promptly.
- Assist in training, coaching and mentoring cashier colleagues to uphold service standards and operational accuracy.
- Lift and move merchandise and stock (regularly up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs) and support floor merchandising or stockroom tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with point-of-sale systems and mobile checkout technology.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment.
- Reliable attention to detail for cash handling, media management and transaction audits.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays as required.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in cashier or retail positions. Prior experience within luxury or premium retail environments is preferred but not mandatory; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
