Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout by greeting customers warmly and creating lasting positive impressions
  • Act as brand ambassador for the Insider Program, promoting add-on sales, gift cards, and premium services
  • Maintain accuracy in cash handling, payment media management, and strict compliance with all operational policies
  • Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
  • Keep cashwrap organized, clean, and well-maintained; monitor equipment and report technical issues promptly
  • Train, mentor, and support junior cashiers to uphold service standards and operational excellence
  • Manage flexible scheduling to accommodate nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of cashier or retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred
  • Proficiency with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
