Coach Lead Cashier position at Philadelphia Premium Outlets in Pottstown, PA. Part-time retail role with hourly pay $15–$19.50 and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout by greeting customers warmly and creating lasting positive impressions
- Act as brand ambassador for the Insider Program, promoting add-on sales, gift cards, and premium services
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, payment media management, and strict compliance with all operational policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep cashwrap organized, clean, and well-maintained; monitor equipment and report technical issues promptly
- Train, mentor, and support junior cashiers to uphold service standards and operational excellence
- Manage flexible scheduling to accommodate nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- 1+ years of cashier or retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
