Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create lasting impressions aligned with Coach Service standards
- Promote the Insider Program and drive add-on sales and gift card adoption
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and strict compliance with all company policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to established standards; conduct end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report technical issues promptly
- Train and mentor cashiers to maintain consistent service and operational excellence across the team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems and mobile technology
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom

Experience
1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
