Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create lasting impressions aligned with Coach Service standards
  • Promote the Insider Program and drive add-on sales and gift card adoption
  • Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and strict compliance with all company policies
  • Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to established standards; conduct end-of-shift audits with management
  • Keep the cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report technical issues promptly
  • Train and mentor cashiers to maintain consistent service and operational excellence across the team

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems and mobile technology
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
