Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and act as an Insider Program ambassador
- Engage customers at the cashwrap and in line; assess needs and provide tailored solutions
- Capture customer information accurately and securely; process transactions with precision
- Complete end-of-shift audits; process returns, repairs, and damaged items in accordance with policy
- Maintain SKU accuracy, cashwrap organization, and cleanliness standards
- Suggest add-on products and actively promote gift cards to enhance basket size
- Handle cash and payment media accurately; deliver purchases appropriately
- Assist with cashier team training and onboarding; report equipment issues promptly
- Demonstrate integrity, ownership, and collaborative spirit in all interactions
- Remain composed under pressure; multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate clearly and confidently; influence customer decisions through persuasive service
- Adapt to evolving customer needs and maintain heightened awareness of store surroundings
- Master POS systems and other retail technologies with eagerness to learn new platforms
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, store policies, and operational procedures
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales or cashier experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems and mobile point-of-sale platforms
- Basic computer literacy with iPad, laptop, and retail management systems
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments
- Strong English language proficiency
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor landscape

Experience
1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail; familiarity with fashion industry trends and competitive positioning; demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-volume retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
