Coach Lead Cashier position in Orlando, Florida—deliver exceptional customer service, manage POS operations, and train retail team members. Part-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create lasting impressions aligned with brand values
- Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift cards as a brand ambassador
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all operational policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report maintenance issues promptly
- Train and mentor cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage flexible scheduling
