Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient service at the cashwrap, creating a positive and lasting client impression.
- Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales and gift cards to maximise transaction value.
- Ensure operational accuracy in cash handling, media management and adherence to company policies.
- Process returns, repairs and damaged goods per company standards and complete end-of-shift audits with management.
- Maintain an organized, clean cashwrap; monitor POS equipment and report technical issues promptly.
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service standards and operational excellence.
- Perform routine physical tasks including lifting stock (regularly 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs) and moving between sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform repetitive physical tasks on the sales floor.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of cashier or retail experience; prior experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
