Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create memorable brand interactions
• Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift cards to enhance customer value
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and strict compliance with company policies
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to established standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
• Keep cashwrap organized, clean, and properly equipped; monitor equipment functionality and report issues promptly
• Train and mentor cashier team members to uphold service and operational excellence standards
• Lift and manipulate merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs) and occasionally (up to 50 lbs); climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail positions; luxury retail experience preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong English language proficiency
• Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
