Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greeting customers warmly and creating lasting impressions aligned with Coach service standards
- Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift cards as a brand ambassador for Coach
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and strict compliance with all operational policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized, clean, and well-maintained; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence across the retail floor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver between sales floor and stockroom

Minimum 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles, with luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience may substitute.
