Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greeting customers warmly and creating lasting impressions aligned with Coach service standards
  • Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift cards as a brand ambassador for Coach
  • Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and strict compliance with all operational policies
  • Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
  • Keep the cashwrap organized, clean, and well-maintained; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
  • Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence across the retail floor

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver between sales floor and stockroom
