Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create positive, lasting impressions
  • Promote the Coach Insider Program and drive add-on sales of accessories and gift cards
  • Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media processing, and strict compliance with all financial policies
  • Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
  • Keep the cashwrap organized, clean, and fully stocked; monitor equipment and report technical issues promptly
  • Train and mentor other cashiers to uphold consistent service and operational excellence standards
  • Lift, carry, and maneuver merchandise and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience highly preferred
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and mobile technology platforms
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and move throughout sales floor and stockroom

Experience

The successful candidate will be located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
