Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout by greeting customers warmly and creating lasting impressions through genuine interactions
- Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program, promoting add-on sales, gift cards, and loyalty initiatives
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, payment media management, and strict compliance with all company policies and audit procedures
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods in accordance with company standards; complete end-of-shift reconciliation and audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized, clean, and fully stocked; monitor equipment functionality and report technical issues promptly
- Train, mentor, and supervise cashiers to uphold service excellence and operational standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles, with luxury retail experience preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems and mobile technology platforms
- Strong cash handling accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English language proficiency and clear communication skills
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
