Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at the checkout, greeting customers warmly and creating a lasting impression
- Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift cards as a brand ambassador
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies and procedures
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; conduct end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly to management
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver between sales floor and stockroom

Experience
1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
