Coach Lead Cashier position in Merrimack, NH: $15.00–$19.50/hour, part-time with flexible retail schedule.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create memorable brand experiences
- Promote the Insider Program; drive add-on sales and gift card transactions
- Maintain strict accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies and procedures
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment functionality and report issues promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
- Lift regularly up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.; maneuver sales floor and stockroom as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile technology
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong English language proficiency
