Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greeting customers warmly and creating lasting brand impressions
  • Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift cards as a brand ambassador
  • Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and strict compliance with all company policies
  • Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
  • Keep the cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
  • Train and mentor cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
  • Lift and transport merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; perform tasks requiring climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering across sales floor and stockroom

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
  • Proficiency with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
