Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout by greeting customers warmly and creating positive, lasting impressions aligned with Coach Service standards
- Act as brand ambassador for the Insider Program, actively promoting add-on sales and gift card offerings
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and strict compliance with all operational policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor POS equipment and report technical issues promptly
- Train, mentor, and support cashiers in upholding service and operational excellence
- Work flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
